Today is a rest day and we stayed in Portage, IN.
We took a short trip out to Ogden Dunes and West Beach Dunes near where we are staying. We hike some sand trails, climb 250 stairs on a path, and only ride a few miles to get to and from the beaches. We also did some laundry, thoroughly cleaned our bikes, pumped up our tires, Worked on web pages and rested.

On a clearer day, you can see the Downtown Chicago skyline from here. Today is not one of those days. Tomorrow we get into full riding mode again.
